The hot shoe adaptor is made of plastic and can break easily. Mine broke within 24 hours. No one told me about this quality issue. Apparently this is a known issue and godox has come out with a metal replacement which they DON'T ship with, instead of the plastic one. The cost of replacement in Pune with the metal one is 2250. Hope this helps someone as this is a major concern with the Sony version of v860iii. Please use with care.
