Please note that it does NOT work in any direction except up; using it upside down or sideways you get one puff and that's it. The stopper on the top of the unit needs to be facing up for this to work. Also, I can actually fit about 9ml of water in the tank which means the mist lasts even longer. I use 9ml of water and 2 drops of oil, and it smells SO GOOD! The small size makes this the most portable diffuser available; it's very convenient to move from car to laptop to wall. It takes up very little room in my purse (heck, it's almost unnoticeable, especially when it sinks to the bottom of my purse and I have to search for it!), so taking it along on vacation in a carry-on bag is no problem.
