**Q: What is the thickness/width of the straw?**
A: The straws that i purchased are approximately the same thickness as say an antenna on a radio but sturdier as far as strength. The length is 12 inches and the diameter is 1/4 inch.  They also come with silicone tips to drink through. I use mine constantly.
