For our Wallowa Camp Hat, our manufacturing partner is located in China, nearest to where our Bluesign materials are milled (no Bluesign nylon is made in the US so we'd have to source and ship materials from China to sew hats in the US, which results in more emissions than doing it all in one place). That being said, with a little bit of training, you can teach the recycled HDPE bill to hold a bit of a curve if that's what you desire. But it'll never do a full u-turn like our uncles' old hunting caps (and that's on purpose, we like seeing things in our periphery when we're outside).
