## Description

The RackPath 4-post adjustable open frame rack is a perfect solution to store your 19’’ standard servers and network equipment. With a wide range of adjustable mounting depth (22.7in to 40.7in), this 4-post rack allows you accommodate various sever sizes. The open frame design offers access to your equipment for cable management and servicing. The included casters enable you to prebuild racks and then move them into place. In addition to this, the pre-drilled base brackets allow to securely fasten the rack to the floor. Constructed from heavy duty cold rolled steel with a durable black electro-static powder coated finish, the rack has a maximum weight capacity of 1323lbs(600kg). All equipment mounting hardware is included.

Review: The rack is sturdy and easy to put together. I wish the packaging was better as the nuts and bolts are placed in a flimsy plastic bag that burst, I am missing one screw for the castor wheel. Also all the cable management hooks came broken into crumbs (no protection at all). Some caster wheel screw threads were painted which made screwing in the screw very tough and risk stripping the screw head.

**Q: What is the height of the rack WITH the wheels/casters?**

The height of the rack with casters is 745mm (29.3in)

**Q: How do i cover the sides. do i buy 8u blanking panels and will they bolt in to the small screw holes?**
A: You will just need to buy a cabinet. The blank panel are only approx.. 19" wide and the rack is deeper.

I had some concerns as the box arrived damaged and when I opened it the M8 bolts were out of their bag and floating loose. Assembly was straightforward, though it would have been nice to have the vertical posts labeled. I took my time and didn't install the casters or cable management pieces as the rack wouldn't have fit in the space available. I purchased thus as I needed the extra depth for my Proliant DL380P G8 servers. My other 12u rack next to it is on adjustable levelling legs and it is not quite as high as this unit floor mounted. Be advised that without the casters it is 27 inches (68.6cm) from the floor to the top of the top mount M8 bolt heads.
