Although a portion of the Melatonin is released immediately, it is recommended to take the product one hour before bedtime to allow time for the Melatonin to actually start working.

I love this product! I had tried Melatonin alone and it didn’t work for me. I was almost ready to go on a prescription sleep medication which would have been dangerous for me due to the risk of dizziness and potential falling when I get up at night.
