How do i fix this ctrl+k is not working. I had this as gift** A: I don't know the answer to this but things I would suggest trying would be: - Check all of the keys to make sure that none of them have become stuck down, in particular arrow keys and the arrow keys on the numpad. - Check to see if there is anything else plugged into the computer than could be causing this issue - in particular game controllers. - Try unplugging the dongle and plugging it in again. - Turn both the keyboard and the PC off and on again. - Press the FN lock key (padlock in the top right of the main part of the keyboard) in case there is some kind of function key weirdness.
