The only downside I have found is that it doesn't seem to relieve every time. There have been a few occasions where I still experienced some discomfort despite taking the recommended dose. Additionally, the softgels make me burp, and while the peppermint scent is pleasant, it can be a bit overpowering at times. Lastly, it's worth noting that this supplement is on the pricey side.
