A: They sell @ #1 & a #2; my 1st order came with both. I used the #2 initially; lost it in travels; used #1. both worked well; #2 made my jaw a little stiffer in the AM. After 1.25 years; I only use one when I know I am over-tired and I get that thump in the ribs. I use it a few nights and things are good for a few months. (Trains your jaw position)

It fit well and I have been sleeping well using it for a week and my wife confirmed that I am not snoring anymore while using it. Thank you for creating this mouth device. I've been using size 2 ( 6mm ) like 1 hour before bed, then I switch to the other one 2mm, it's helping a lot. Also getting the right pillow size helps. Using a firm 2 inches high memory foam. What a nightmare to sleep before it was. Update: only using the size 2 now. I guess I needed the 6mm. I am recording my sleep for the past 2wks and NO SNORING! Thank you so much for the decision to create this device. My sleep, overall well-being is being restored. ❤️
