I have 4 devices for HDMI IN and I need the signal to go out to a TV, projector and eARC out to a Sonos Arc. You really need to read the manual and learn the whole thing as HDMI Out is TX0 for example. Bottom line when I try to watch a movie on the projector the image goes black after a minute. Tried different cables, different settings, nothing fixed the problem. The only way to fix it is to disconnect the HDMI out that goes to the TV while watching something on the projector. And now about customer service :-) You can write them an email. They will guide you to discord. You have to learn how to post there and when you do, their 24/7 support is actually for a few hours on their time zone. I asked different questions that were answered 8 hours later and not really solved anything.
