The package says that the company is located in Iowa, NOT that it is grown in Iowa. I wanted a more potent tea vs traditional tea bags. I fill a 7 cup mason jar with 1/2 cup of this loose tea, then warm/hot water to the top. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight in the fridge then strain the next day..I drink it plain.. the tea is good for up to 2 days before becoming bitter in my opinion .. BUTTTT …. After I gave birth I read the wonderful benefits of this tea and continued to drink it.. HOWEVER, limit yourself to 3 cups a day. I went overboard one day postpartum and had diarrhea and the chills 🤕🤣🫠🫠 it was an experience for sure..
