The color of the blush was unexpected, a slightly cooler, more mauve tone than I expected from the picture. That is not a fault of the blush, but most likely my computer screen or the photographer. Also, be aware that this blush is not matte but also does not contain glitter. When worn, it gives the cheeks a slight dewy glow, without being overpowering or looking like it is meant for a teenagers cheeks. Even though this was not exactly the color I thought it would be, I use it quite often. It is great with a berry or plum colored lip stick and has excellent staying power.
