They have you dip it into soapy water like it's a vinyl car wrap, except it has an adhesive already? Just use a pair of fine tipped tweezers to apply it directly from the sheet, trying to avoid air bubbles as best you can. Smaller air bubbles will go away the next day but larger ones won't.
