    Game changer: Easy to read and understand for parents and medical professionals

This book helped me understand that 1) my son was constipated 2) that his constipation was affecting his ability to hold his bladder during the day and at night and 3) that there is a systematic way to reverse this problem over time.  Following this plan got my son out of overnight pull-ups (within 3-6 months of following the daily poop routine).  It also drastically improved my sons mood and behavior because he felt better!  Now my son poops every morning and stays dry all day in kindergarten.  You have to put in the work for this plan to be successful, but it’s very worth it!

This book is highly readable (it took me about two hours), and has helped the families I work with immensely. I highly recommend it!"

This book lays out a thoughtfully detailed plan to help both kids and adults alike with their constipation.
