I have tried almost all the other whole body deodorant’s out there and Lume by far is the best. Controls odor and goes on smooth. Most the others are hard, don’t go on smooth, and irritate my skin or burn. Lume smooth solid doesn’t. I’ve tried some of their other varieties, but the smooth solid is my favorite. The spray didn’t work as well for me but is good for other areas you don’t want to use a solid on. The invisible solid irritated my skin and gave me a rash and the spray can burn after shaving but I do have sensitive skin. The smooth solid doesn’t do that to me. Now for the scents, the powder scent is great if you like the stronger powder scent, it is one of my favorites. Tangerine is very citrusy and nice, the cucumber mint, still can’t figure out what it smells like cause I can’t smell a cucumber or mint in it but I kind of like it and it’s nice and refreshing. The coconut is a straight coconut scent not like your typical vanilla coconut scents, but is nice. I have not tried the other scents available or smelled them but my Teenage Niece likes the Peony Rose as I bought some for her and shipped it to her. She also thought the deodorant was by far the best deodorant for controlling odor and long lasting. Overall, it may be a bit expensive but is comparable to the other whole body deodorants on the market. However, Lume is worth the price in my book as it outweighs the competition in controlling odor, lasts longer, has more of a variety in scents, and offers different types (spray, wipes, creams, etc) to cater to your needs.
