These pie pans are the best! If you are looking for a deep dish pie pan, one that has easy cleanup and looks great, this could be what you are searching for. I make quiches regularly, from scratch. These pie pans bake up the crust, then the quiche inside the pre-baked crusts, beautifully. Definitely recommend.
