I am impressed. These floating lit every night for over a year even through the most overcast days. My remote does not work well either but it could be that I have all four strung up in what used to be a wall of water fountain. The glass broke but the frame was still good so I stacked the balls vertically and tied them with fishing string. They are too close together which is probably why one remote operates them all. I leave them alone and they cycle through the colors. The remote syncing could be better as mine will not allow me to keep the colors consistent for a holiday. Yes, mine too cycle the green more than other colors. I am not sure why. In the grand scheme of things the cycling of colors are fine for me. They might have been much brighter at one time but they continue to light in a softer color. They are not pastel. They are still bright enough to be entertaining. I leave them outside 24/7 in California. The elements have caused a hazy brown discoloration on the top half but at night the light shows through just fine. They never get wet. I washed them with Simple Green and Dawn. Some of the hazy discoloration has abated so as not to be very noticeable. Overall I like them very much. Review: Coolest Backyard on the Street! - We absolutely love the Blibly Floating Pool Lights!
