The pliers' surface finish is superb and the pricing is only modestly above the typical Asian tools when on sale. Review: Expensive as all get-out, but easily the best I've ever owned - I perform electronic and electrical repair as part of my job and for friends and family. I got frustrated with the size of my fingers for any number of small tasks, I can't over-emphasize how helpful these are as a set of tiny fingers. The $5 Stanley plier collection had nippers that were far too big. These do the job very well.
