It is flexible material (rubber like) and fit and functioned just like we wanted. Used it to make our own cold air kit on an LS engine in a 1964 Chevy El Camino. The description states PVC and most think that is hard plastic, this is not. It is very flexible and can be trimmed if needed. I would not recommend using in boosted applications (per manufacture as well) as there apparently is not any reinforcement woven into the material.
