To fix that we bought this side tank and no longer run out of ice. It make ice consistent and you can fill the tank less often. I couldn't find the tube that came for it but once I lifted the tank off of the base it was in there. Hook up was easy and it's working. It looks better than I thought it would because the ice maker is large to begin with. The whole unit fits nicely under my cabinet.
