Per sciogliersi richiedono un po' più acqua di quelle che utilizzo adesso, ma si sciolgono meglio e forse in minor tempo. Grumi zero. Gusto 'cioccolato delicato' gradevole. Gli ingredienti sono quelli essenziali. Proteine del siero del latte, lecitina di soia (emulsionante), polvere di cacao, aromi, sucralosio (dolcificante). Niente fuffa di vario tipo a fare da specchietto per le allodole per attrarre il consumatore (vitamine, enzimi, etc.etc.). Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, visto che si tratta di proteine della migliore qualità.
