**Q: When it is described as 'Reversible', is the Juice Groove on both sides, or just 1?**
A: The block I purchased did not have a groove on either side.  Typically if a board does have a groove, it is only on one side.

The juice groove is 1” wide and 1/2" deep.

**Q: My board is already splitting in multiple places. Only had it a month or so, & used oil and cream. Is this a defective board or do they all do this?**
A: Mine developed a split within the first few days. It was oiled when received and only lightly used. Have had the replacement for about 4 months. So far, so good.

**Q: There seems to be a discrepancy in the size of the option with the juice groove.  Is it 8" x 12" x 1" or 18" x 12" x 1"?**
A: Hi, 

Some of the boards in this group come with a groove, and some don't. 
The 209 board is a small board with moat- ideal for fruits and smaller cuts of meat

It measures 8x12x1 inch and is reversible
