Arrived well packaged, without incident, started right up and very detailed instructions. I've had it running for exactly one month today and has worked just fine. I keep it at #3 setting, and it is very quiet except for the occasional click of the shutting off cycle. I live in a rented room so I'm really glad it is quiet. Someone mentioned that it is not frost free and that it was a big mess when defrosting, but mine only built up a thin layer of ice in one month. I decided to thaw it just to see what would happen. Well instead of putting a tray in front for melted ice I just laid two hand towels inside and they absorbed what water was in there after the ice melted. Very nice little freezer that keeps everything frozen hard. Not a bad price either.
