They were easy to connect with my Hubitat Hub with no problems, and work great. I was able to easily set them up, to have Hubitat send notifications to my iPhone (I always have it with me), and one of my Echo's. The alarm on the sensors is a decent volume, but not sure i would hear the one in the basement if i was up on the second floor. I also like the fact that they use AAA batteries (I use rechargeable's) instead of button type batteries. The drip sensor attachments are really sensitive, I had to put a piece of not paper under the one in my basement, as the bare concrete floor would trigger false alarms.
