Installation was quick and straightforward thanks to the included PVC adapter, and it fit my existing plumbing without any modifications. After replacing the old valve, I immediately noticed a difference. It allows the drain to vent properly while preventing sewer gases from coming back into the room. My sink drains smoothly, and the unpleasant odors are gone. The valve feels well made, and I like that it's designed to keep bugs and debris out in addition to maintaining a proper seal. It gives me confidence that it will continue working reliably for a long time.Overall, this is a simple, effective plumbing part that solved my problem without a lot of time or expense. If you're replacing a worn-out air admittance valve or installing one for a new fixture, I'd definitely recommend this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No need for Venting pipes through the roof anymore *by on Reviewed in Canada 6 September 2022* These vents are a true gift if you add another sink or additional plumbing where venting is needed but you do not want to cut holes through your roof to run a vent pipe. The Studor Mini-Vent is the answer for venting right under your sink without cutting or dreading to put a vent pipe through your ceiling, attic and through your roof. They have a shut off valve so no sewer gases can seep through. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars. ## Frequently Bought Together - Studor 20341 Mini-Vent Air Admittance Valve with PVC Adapter, 1-1/2- or 2-Inch Connection - Studor 20380 Recessed Air Admittance Valve Box and Grill - Oatey Sure-Vent 1-1/2 in.–2 in. 160 Branch, 24 Stack DFU Air Admittance Valve with White PVC Sch. 40 Adapter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/446368274-weldon-mini-vent-pvc-adapter-1-1-2-inch-2](https://www.desertcart.at/products/446368274-weldon-mini-vent-pvc-adapter-1-1-2-inch-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
