Installation was difficult and it digs into the back of my neck. I moved it to the outside of the collar which I know is not correct, but makes it a lot more comfortable.The sound quality is good and the volume button relatively easy to use, but that’s where it ends. It no longer connects to the iPhone app or the device manager software Sena provides for upgrading. I went to the dealer where I bought it and they could not help me either. I am pretty adept with tech, but I gave up on this one. One of my riding buddy’s bought one at the same time and we tried to pair with each other. We got it working once for 2 min in the driveway but that was it. Never able to pair it again. Overall I really miss my Scala Qz that cost 1/3 and really was much more usable. The Scala also popped off the side of the helmet for easy charging vs having to bring the whole helmet in and then using the awkwardly placed charging port. It took a while to understand how to pair with a phone. Also, I mistakenly downloaded the Sena Device Manager which does not work with this version. There is a separate Device Manager and phone app that you need to find. Start at the schuberth.com site. Since there are only 2 buttons to work with, many of the commands require you to hold a button down for up to 10 seconds. This could be extremely difficult while driving. True voice commands are needed. Finally, the placement of the antenna is under the battery tab, so the snap for the cheek pad doesn't stay snapped.
