The plastic bags in two of the boxes were open and one box had lost a lot of screws and spacers. The second wasn't so bad. The manufacturer needs to secure the screws and spacers in better packaging. Did great at guiding the snowmobile as it was loaded on the trailer. This was a good upgrade for my trailer. Fyi.. comes with stainless steel mounting screws - which were much appreciated.
