We tried using an Innova app, but the one in the iPhone app store wouldn't connect. We went on the website and found that it will connect with the Innova Repair Solutions app that it would at least connect via bluetooth to my phone. The Quicklink app did not work. However, if the vehicle isn't coding anything at the moment, then nothing will read. I would say the Bluetooth feature isn't a huge benefit. The reader gives a lot of detail. The ABS codes and several others are available in the System Menu, not the main menu. It is important to refer to the PDF manual to discover how to retrieve these if you're having trouble. Other features that are positive: Live data includes sensors, emissions, RPM, O2 readings. We found all sorts of codes related to the problem with our ABS, however the fix is probably not a reset but a repair. But at least we could see 15 codes. The system menu under enhanced showed additional codes not showing in the regular reading. It tells you what the code means in detail right on the scanner, compared to old models where you had to look it up online somewhere. It tells which side of the vehicle and front or back on the brake troubles. Things I would like to improve: The buttons are not lit. It is hard to see them in the dark. It would be nice if the casing had a rubber shell. I'm not sure how this would fare if I dropped it. Overall, this is helpful.
