They're also dishwasher safe which makes cleaning a breeze. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Silicone Placemat *by G***D on September 30, 2025* I purchased this Large Silicone Trivet to use as a placemat on my genuine marble tabletop. I wanted a mat that I could take a hot glass bowl of instant oatmeal out of the microwave and sit it down immediately on without endangering my tabletop. And the same goes for cold things directly out of the freezer. But many designated Silicone placemats are way to thin for that purpose whereas this Silicone privet serve my purpose very well. As you can see in the picture, the shade of gray looks nice with my table. It protects my tabletop from damage caused by heat or cold. It's large enough to set a plate on and have space left over for condiments. It's not as thick as some but seems durable enough. I do not recommend that you take a 500 degree iron skillet off the cook top and sit it immediately on this privet.
