UTG makes very good products and this is no different. It doesn’t have a shake awake capability so I wouldn’t use this on a concealed carry gun, but it is built solid and sturdy. I have it on an AR-9 and it holds a zero very well and works as I expected it to. The battery is located underneath the sight base so it requires you to remove the sight to change it. The tolerances are pretty snug though so it shouldn’t be off very much at all when you put it back on.
