## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great deal
*by on Reviewed in the United States April 13, 2026*

I love this thing. d really good deal. It's much more robust than samsung tab a's I've had. Seems to get on the internet faster and with fewer disconnects. Sturdy build. Nothing has gone wrong with it I've had it about5 monthThe battery on mine is starting to go but they're cheap on Amazon and super easy to replace!. It plainly been used for some business Application, Claude advised me to do a factory reset which I don't regret not doing, but you might consider. There was some bloat on it but I got rid of it without too much trouble. Really I feel like it's a terrific bargain I'm tempted to buy another just to have in store

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good tablet, no case or pen in the fine print
*by on Reviewed in the United States September 19, 2026*

Read carefully, the tablet is good but its oem rugged case is NOT included nor is even a generic S pen. It's way at the bottom. Good tablet for the price!Issue is, for a reseller of all makes/models, the Active series case and pen were integral.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well built; good value
*by on Reviewed in the United States December 28, 2025*

Arrived yesterday. It's solidly built, but it did not arrive with a protective case, which the illustration on the website seems to suggest should have been present (not a deal breaker with me). Couple of points that I ran into. 1) It takes a fairly long time for the system to update to the current standards (several hours). Until that is done it appears to "misbehave" but is actually just in the throes of the update. Mine updated to Android 13 with the most recent December 2025 updates and following that updating process, it has worked quite well. 2) It has capability for fingerprint lockout 3) It recognized my Google Fi data chip, but I did have to manually point the LTE to the TMobile network (which Google Fi operates on). 4) Speed on WiFi and LTE was respectable. 5) The physical buttons took some getting used to, but using them for control is much more positive than tap-tap-tapping the video screen. Overall, value for price was good.
