Blocking a dog** A: A few inches - a small dog may go under it. A bigger dog would knock the divider over. It's not heavy. **Q: Can the 71inch high panels pipes be broken down** A: No. The panels are one piece and the poles are designed to connect with each other so you would not have a base to stabilize the panels. **Q: Missing small black insert for screw how do I get a replacement** A: I have this question, too. It's molded to the curve of the poles, so I doubt you can find any thing to replace it. Seller? **Q: This might sound strange, but I've got the short pockts on the top & bottem (I'm used to vertical povlckets) isvthis right*** A: The small thin bars are for the top and bottom only. They slide into the then flap at the top and bottom.
