In my case I mounted the Tusk 1/4" flag mount system base and it fit perfect. The overall mount is solid in the RZR mount holes and I have been able to move it around to try out different locations to optimize my flag mount. (This is not so easily done with other mounting systems.) Because of the winter weather here I haven't had much opportunity to field test my installation but so far so good. We used to manufacture them 1" long but added the extra length for even more gripping strength. Thanks for your question. **Q: Does it fit my banshee?** A: Probably not since these are engineered for the Polaris brand but if your Yamaha Banshee has vertical holes that measure exactly 1" across and are at least 1-1/2" deep then yes. **Q: My 2011 rzr is a ranger too! which do i get?** A: You'll need to measure the hole. 1" is for the RZR and 1-7/16" Ranger.
