My hair stylist suggested Curl Wow because it's a lighter conditioner. I already was using their curl spray, which I really like! I was skeptical that a lighter conditioner could tame frizz, but I tried it, and it works very well. It does not weigh down my hair, but it conditions it enough so the frizz isn't usually a problem.
