The length is the same.** A: A is definitely looser than AA. I use A on my long finger and AA on the small one. Middle rt finger 3" long 7/8" diameter @ 3'd joint, bent segment 1" long?** A: It should definitely help. I dislocated my middle finger 8 months ago and even after therapy, still need to wear the brace. My finger bends at tge middle joint, but it stabilizes the entire finger. **Q: How do you adjust the tension?
