First of all I take green tea pills for the anitoxidants, I take it as a cancer prevention pill for myself. Green tea is also know for there levels of caffein. Caffein makes me jittery, I take these particular pills because its caffein is removed but I still get the ECGC which is great for my body to help remove the free radicals from my body, that our bodies take in naturally every day.
