Did not work. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Time Warner Cable trying to get it to work; but it would not work. I ended up returning it to seller.

### ⭐⭐ Not lasting hardware, unfortuantely

I've had my modem for 2 years and it just now conked out on me for no reason (everytime I would try to upload to the internet, it would reset my connection). I suppose I still came out ahead of paying $5/mo in rent to Comcast, but I had hoped this product would last longer than this. I had been optimistic about Zoom given the reviews, but don't plan to buy from them again.

If your looking for a cheap modem this is it. the only downfall is that this modem is not capatible with a lot of cable/satellite companies equipment
