The inner piece fit very well and lined up with the original holes. The outer piece I had to drill new holes in most of them, and it didn't lay completely flat until all the screws were installed. It does NOT come with new screws, which is disappointing for the price. I added mirrored/tinted film to the inner skylight to keep heat out, hopefully.
