Review: Game changer! - This tool is amazing! I have been trying to release my glutes, psoas and IT bands with a lacrosse ball and a foam roller. I have also been going to a massage therapist and a chiropractor having them dig their elbows and thumbs into my glutes and hip flexors. That's not needed anymore! This tool pinpoints and digs into muscles way better and you have control over the pain level. What I really like about it is you are saving time by getting both sides of the body done at the same time. No more rolling on one side with the lacrosse ball and then moving to the other side. You move the gadgets on the boards to fit your needs so it will cater to everyone. With the three different sized heads you can also choose what head you need for a specific area - you may need the ballhead one day and then the bullseye the next day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to release their tight muscles on their own.

This tool is amazing! I have been trying to release my glutes, psoas and IT bands with a lacrosse ball and a foam roller. I have also been going to a massage therapist and a chiropractor having them dig their elbows and thumbs into my glutes and hip flexors. That's not needed anymore! This tool pinpoints and digs into muscles way better and you have control over the pain level. What I really like about it is you are saving time by getting both sides of the body done at the same time. No more rolling on one side with the lacrosse ball and then moving to the other side. You move the gadgets on the boards to fit your needs so it will cater to everyone. With the three different sized heads you can also choose what head you need for a specific area - you may need the ballhead one day and then the bullseye the next day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to release their tight muscles on their own.
