I forgot to tell them I had it in my carryon on the way home and it didn't even trigger any security checks. The case is well made and thought out. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in the case as the ice packs are small, but I had it in there for roughly 8 hours and it was still cool, not cold.

I live in Texas, so I can only do so much to keep it from getting warm. It does only fit one pen comfortably but also holds a few tips and alcohol pads. Other cases have ice packs that don’t last long or they don’t have enough room for one day’s worth of supplies. This case does a great job going with me to work and back. If the case is in a fridge, the ice packs do a great job of not defrosting as much. Great case!

I purchased this item to transport my ozempic for vacation. Everything fit perfectly with plenty of extra room. I forgot to tell them I had it in my carryon on the way home and it didn't even trigger any security checks. The case is well made and thought out. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in the case as the ice packs are small, but I had it in there for roughly 8 hours and it was still cool, not cold.
