When any of our kids have tight quads, hips, etc I ask them if they used the hip shaker yet. After they use it they always feel much looser & the pain is usually almost gone or gone. So much of our trauma is stored in our hips... even a life without any specific traumatic events can still cause trauma to the body.. wake up with a kink in your neck? throw your back out lifting something? etc? Have only had for 2 days and my ankle area is so very sore. Tried the ankle bands, thick socks, turning the machine around and even a towel to provide some comfort but it is not helping. Not sure of the benefits if it is too painful to use and my ankles do not stay put.
