A: It rolls pretty straight if used on wall to spine and maybe on floor to back spine.

**Q: Can this be heated up?**
A: Yes, it is made of silicone which is highly heat stable.......We recommend warm water, as the microwave can break them down over time.

A: For the RAD Rollers, we suggest you just relax over the roller, rather than actual rolling back and forth, that way you can give the spine enough time to relax and 'drape' over the roller.

Such a clever little tool. I’ve almost stopped using my foam roller because this gets into all the knots nicely. Previously used a tennis ball but it would slip away. This holds steady so no danger of a slip.
