Review: Excellent quality from Real Techniques - As I was very pleased with other Real Techniques product I decided to buy this kit on a discount and I can say that these brushes are excellent as well. I was reading the comments and some users have said that these may be fake but I received the original ones, the only difference is the design, as it has changed over the years and the images in the product description do not match the product you receive, I went to a shop to make sure. The handles are sturdy and comfortable to hold, the hairs are soft and do not shed. They blend makeup easily and are just all-around excellent and affordable brushes. I would definitely recommend as they are to some extent multi-purpose brushes and can be applied to different tasks.

**Q: I have recently order this item but one of the brushes were missing. Instead of getting a refund would I be able to exchange the item for another one**

**Q: How would one clean these brushes without causing damge to them?**
A: you can get a make up brush cleaner on amazon, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B079L3T8RP/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - i have one of these and they are quite effective,  although they dont 100% dry the brush, but they do a good job,  the other thing that is important is that when drying you hang them upside down, ie bristles at the bottom, you can get make up brush drying racks off amazon too, this stop any water from getting between the bristles and the shaft of the brush were they join so to stop the glue that helps hold the bristles in from coming loose. - hope this helps

**Q: Are these brushes cruelty free?**
A: I'm not sure they were a Christmas gift maybe you would be better to contact the supplier not people who have bought them?
