Review: Amazing!!!! - These are nothing short of amazing. I have a stomach muscle separation following 3 children which has given me considerable digestive issues and one of which is pungent flatulence as my muscles fail to hold everything in. Not the most attractive and definitely the most embarrassing. I cannot routinely eat meals which have potatoes or rice and if I have eaten a few different snacks such as crisps or biscuits then I will suffer from wind all evening. It's almost a standing joke in our home when a smell hits as to whose the culprit! ....Following a search for a cure after a particularly embarrassing evening... I decided to purchase these tabs and following other users advice have used 2 before and 2 after a meal which I know will give me bad wind such as a roast or fish and chips and I've been amazed that the wind has all but disappeared!!! I don't use these everyday so I can see the difference when the wind starts after meals where I haven't taken the tablets. As other users commented, they are best to swallow with water as if your hands are wet you can see the colour coming off on them and I have found 2 before and 2 after a heavy meal is adequate. I would find it inconvenient to have to have one in between a meal but so far I haven't needed to. As mentioned before they can make your stool a darker colour and as I don't take them everyday mine is darker but not black which I would find a little alarming! Will definitely purchase again as they have given me the confidence to be able to eat foods I enjoy inside and outside the home.

**Q: Do these help with flatulence? I need these for my other half and I'm worried it will be a waste of money**
A: That's what I got them for they good but peppermint cordial even better pour in boiling water to drink it works great but the only downside of the charcoal tablets is if your on any meds they can stop them working so try the peppermint I've tried everything and it's the best remedy I ever used I get trapped wind so bad it goes into my chest and shoulder it's so painful this does the trick it's in the drinks isle at supermarket as a drink mixer you can add it to cup of tea works better hot hope it helps

A real lifesaver! Quick acting Charcoal tablets. Nice, small and easy to swallow. Great if you have indigestion, tummy aches, bloating. These are nothing short of amazing. I have a stomach muscle separation following 3 children which has given me considerable digestive issues and one of which is pungent flatulence as my muscles fail to hold everything in.
