The idea is to get the object saturated with the impregnated solution. Then after a couple of minutes buff it off with a dry cloth. This is for copper and brass. **Q: Is brasso wadding abrasive?** A: Very mildly, nothing like autosol or T-cut. It's also really nasty stuff and will eat through gloves unless you have some proper industrial gloves for chemical use.
