Sounds too good to be true.** A: Per Seachem's instructions, if you are doing a partial water change of 35%, if you are adding water directly from the tap (such as with a water changer such as a Python or Aqueon) you add enough Prime for the volume of the whole tank. On the other hand, if you're removing 35% and then adding the water using a bucket, you can dechlorinate the amount of each bucket. For example, if you're using a 3 gallon bucket, 6 drops Prime per bucket, and then add that to the tank. I also do not get foam. I do a 50 - 60 percent water change weekly along with a gravel vac. If you are stll getting foam after a gravel vac and water change I would suggest you give Seachem a call. They have great customer service. When cleaning your tank, give your filter sponge, floss a swish around in used tank water also to remove some of the gunk and put right back in.
