This was not helpful at all when I had 20 computers to clear after a virus had moved its way around our network. Based on this, If you can only do 10 computers per month; 10 x 12 = 120 computers. 120 computers is not "unlimited", its a maximum of 120. It arrived very quickly, its easy to use and is an excellent item, but the really annoying thing is, I was in such a hurry to try and clear our system that if they had been honest about its maximum usage I probably would have purchased two. I could not find anywhere on the packaging or their official website information about this, it clearly is not advertised correctly, and therefore is being miss-sold. I have gone from loving this little item to feeling a bit scammed! FIXMESTICK and desertcart who have promoted this item should be ashamed! This would have had 5 stars if they had been honest about its actual usage.
