B complex? Yes please! Franguly vitamin B complex is what I use for a pick-me-up in energy. I love that it has Folate in the form of calcium folinate rather than folic acid (which can be hard for some of us MTHFR people to utilize) and B12 as methylcobalamin is great too. The serving size is 15 drops. The dropper holds 8-9 drops. Some days I just go with the one dropper full and that seems to be enough. I hold it in my mouth for a good while (a minute or so). The taste is a pleasant orange flavor and the consistency is thick. It definitely affects my energy in a positive way. The quality seems good for the price.
