How do you clean it? - Thought long and hard before giving a five star value for money rating then decided if I can row for longer and be free from discomfort then it's worth every penny. Still the dearest 'sporty' thing I've ever bought apart from the rowing machine - but worth it if i don't have to skip a day because I've got a sore bum. What do I like about it? Well it is a vivid lime green that I happen to like, it fits the seat beautifully, it doesn't slip and it makes a difference. There's not much more to say about the seat really especially as when I'm rowing I don't really notice that it's there. I used it for a couple of 5k rows then had a few weeks break 'coz the other half wants to redecorate. Just started again today with a gentle 20 minutes row. No discomfort at all. I plan to try a longer row in a week or so and if I remember I'll update this review. The only niggle I have is that it did not come with instructions. You don't need any instructions to fit it - that's pretty obvious, but it's going to need cleaning at some point. Can I put it in the washing machine? Are there any household cleaning fluids I should use/avoid?

**Q: Will the vapor fitness silicone rowing machine seat cover fit over the concept2 seat and a hornet watersports rowing machine seat cushion?**
A: I put this over the Hornet Watersports pad that is 3/8" or 1/2" thick and it's no problem. Since the cover just kind of slides onto the seat it will simply sit up a little higher on the seat but it doesn't have any problem fitting. I'm very happy with this combination.

**Q: How long have you had your machine and is it holding up? Would this work for someone who is 5'10"?**
A: We have had our machine since August 2018. The seat cover is holding up just fine on our rower. My husband is 6’3” and has no issues with our machine or the seat cover.

**Q: this seat match with a stamina rower?**
A: This rowing seat will fit perfectly over the concept 2 rowing machine seat. Because of this, it is highly unlikely that it will fit nicely over the seat of other brands of rowing machines.

**Q: How thick is the padding?**
A: It's just a seat cover. It doesn't provide any additional padding. I was a bit disappointed since I was hoping for a softer seat!!

Would of liked more cushion for my pushing... but this is definitely much more comfortable for rowing with and still think it's a void purchase
