It's great! I've picked up 3 or 4 bags of litter with it and with the litter picker, it saves on bending up and down all the time. GOOD: It was easy to get the bags on the ring. There are semi-circular clips on the hoop that you pull up from the inside side of the hoop, put the bag in, then then press them back down to secure the bag. And you're off! The foam handle helps with grip, especially if you are wearing gloves. It's going to make litter picking much easier and save me time too! BAD?: The clips look like plastic and although they have a hinge I wonder how robust they are. They look like they may break if you open them too far, if not immediately, then in the future after repeated use. I will probably be using it on a 2 or 3 monthly basis to pick up a few bags of litter, so it's not going to get heavy use, so time will tell about the clips. Although the foam handle is great, I also wonder if it will start to disintegrate. I will try and put up another report in the future. Review: Literally every household should have one. If the bag is small, it will not clip all around and therefore will hang down and could slip off. **Q: Where is this item made** A: I have no idea, I’m afraid, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Four fixing points tear the bag once there’s any weight in it. I’ve since seen a better design, made of recycled marine plastic, with two concentric rings that distribute the weight equally. **Q: Is it meant to come with the belt strap as I didn’t received the strap with mine?** A: It is a while since we ordered this item, from memory I do not recall it coming with a belt strap **Q: what litre bin bags work well with this?** A: As this is a smaller hoop, it can accommodate large or small bags. I'd go for larger. With bags, you get what you pay for, and it depends what's going in them. Thin bags holding heavy weight will start to pull away from the 5 clips.
